This course will satisfy the requirements set forth by the NYS Banking Department for the NYS Law & Regulations. The course includes a brief exam review for no extra charge. It examines the laws and regulations in the State of New York related to consumer protection that affect the mortgage industry in general and mortgage loan originators specifically. It introduces the Banking Department and describes the scope of its authority. It also discusses specific New York law related to the licensing and activities of mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, and mortgage loan originators.

Seminar Tuition: $75 - Group Discounts are available for groups of five or more. Private ONSITE Training is available for groups of 15 or more by request.
