Course Details: This course is scheduled by RETC Mortgage Training - NMLS Approved Education Provider
# 1400394. This course will satisfy the requirements set forth by SAFE and NMLS. This course includes the 3 hour NYS & 8 Hour National Components.

Upon completion of these SAFE Courses (NMLS# 2408 & 2424), RETC Mortgage Training will submit to NMLS, a completion notification for each participating student who complies with course attendance requirements.

Course Tuition: The cost of this class is $ 165 (includes NMLS fee and textbooks). This course includes the 3 Hour NYS Law, Advertising, & Disclosure Component and 8 Hour SAFE Comprehensive..
