"Listing" a property for sale is the foundation of our business. This module will instruct Agents in the latest License Law and Agency Responsibilities while discussing "Listings" with prospective Sellers. A discussion of Fair Housing, Disclosures and Liabilities will be covered. A specific discussion on the Value of Services will discuss the concept that Listing with an Agent does not necessarily "cost" the Home Seller.
