Today's Real Estate Agents face a complexity of legal issues. As the first stop for a majority of sellers and buyers, Real Estate Agents are expected to have the answers, the sources and the direction for an increasingly knowledgeable buyer and seller.

This course seeks to give Real Estate Professionals a primer on the legal, ethical and practical issues facing Brokers and Agents today. The course will be taught by Attorneys who specialize in Real Estate transactions. The interactive sessions will focus on existing laws and regulations and day to day problems confronting the Agent. Discussions will range from the Broker-Client Relationship to the Broker-Agent Relationship to basic Real Estate Issues dealing with Contracts, Titles, Building, Regulations, and Law Suits and how they affect the Agents and the Clients.
