As of July 2008, the State of New York increased the required hours for a Real Estate Salesperson License from 45 to 75. The mandatory 30-hour Online Remedial Course from RETC bridges the gap for past professionals who allowed a license received prior to that date to lapse or wish to pursue their broker’s license.
